You must complete 2 years at a university before applying to Chiropractic college which lasts 4 years (totaling 6 years of full-time education). The fourth year of Chiropractic college (last year of education) must be spent doing a clinical internship of 1,000 hours.
To practice in the United States and Canada, graduates of chiropractic college must pass comprehensive nation and state or provincial licensing exams.
