What edible plants can exist without pollination of honey bees?

While honey bees are very important pollinators, they are not the only ones. There are tons of different types of bumblebees, hover flies and other tiny insects that pollinate too. Many vegetable crops, like legumes and tomatoes, are self-pollinating. No worries there. My parents’ place is surrounded by agricultural fields taht are heavily sprayed. It is an oddity to see a honeybee around. However, they have a three-acre vegtable garden, an orchard, and a ton of other types of fruits and have never had an issue with pollination. If you are worried, you can do one of two things: pollinate by hand (possible, but tedious and time consuming) or rent a hive of honeybees. If you live in a rural area, there should be someone in the area that rents out bees and they are usually pretty cheap!
