If you’re not sure which format you need, we recommend the PDF as a general solution. You’ll need Adobe Reader or some equivalent software to read PDFs on your computer. You can download it for free here: http://get.adobe.com/reader/otherversions EPUB files can be used with a variety of devices, including iPhone, iPod Touch, and iPad. HTML files can be read on any web browser. They come zipped (in a .zip), and you’ll have to extract them first. If you need help with this process, don’t hesitate to contact us. If you accidentally bought a format that doesn’t work for you, contact us and we’ll help you replace it.
