What dose of MUSE is equivalent to the 20 mcg dose of Caverject®?
No bioequivalence studies have been conducted between MUSE and Caverject. As the route of administration is different it should not be assumed that the top dose of Caverject is equal to the 1,000 mcg dose of MUSE. All patients should be titrated with MUSE following the titration schedule as outlined in the package insert. Caverject is a registered trademark of Pfizer Inc.
