What doesn Skritter teach me?
Skritter’s focus is on characters used in the Chinese and Japanese languages (called Hanzi and Kanji respectively). It’s great for learning the characters but it’s designed to be used with a good teacher or other language learning resources. Skritter doesn’t teach you to write sentences with correct grammar but it does give you a good foundation of characters so that you have a vocabulary to build sentences from. So we recommend using Skritter in conjunction with other learning methods, like textbooks, a classes, or going to China or Japan.
