What does Zeta Tau Alpha require to become a member after recruitment?
• During your 8-week new member program you will learn about all the traditions and values of ZTA and get to know the sisters on a much more personal level. New members are required to attend new member meetings and meet all initiation requirements. Zeta Tau Alpha and George Mason University does not condone any type of hazing. • Must be willing to dedicate time, loyalty & dedication to a living, changing, growing organization; • Must be able to attend all 8 New Member meetings on Sundays at 5:30pm; • Must be enthusiastic, dependable, organized, and have good time-management skills. • Initiation Ceremony -This is what your new member program is preparing you for! • Post Initiate Education must be completed by all newly initiated sisters.
