What does “Web Exclusive” mean?
Some of the products advertised on our website are only available through our online sales department. To take advantage of these web exclusive specials, your purchase must be completed online or by calling 1-800-811-3343. Web exclusive products and/or web exclusive pricing are clearly identified on our web pages with a red “Web Exclusive” label on the details and magnified images. Unfortunately, we cannot honour purchase of “web exclusive” items at our brick-and-mortar stores. Web exclusive products are usually a limited time offer, and have one or more of the following characteristics: supplier agreement only allows for online sales; special one time purchase from the manufacturer; promotional online pricing; and/or limited quantity available. All products purchased through our online site are still covered by our no-hassle 30 day return period, as well as standard warranty, and may be returned to a local store if a return is required.
