• Lactation support begins when you find out you are pregnant. We offer a FREE weekly email, The Parent Review, tailored to your week of pregnancy. Your weekly emails will include breastfeeding information, fetal development and wellness tips. The emails, with medical information you can trust, will continue until your baby reaches his/her first birthday. To register, please visit: www.centrahealth.com/theparentreview. • You are encouraged to attend a comprehensive two-hour prenatal breastfeeding class offered the first Tuesday evening of each month. Taught by Lactation Educators, the class offers information on the benefits of breastfeeding, tips and techniques on how to breastfeed successfully, dad’s role, breast pumps, returning to work, etc. You will also receive the newly designed Great Start Breastfeeding Booklet.
