General Order #1 is no sex, or beer drinking while deployed, although some married couples who deployed together were allowed to room together also, so they in theory could have sex. It probably would pertain to the Don’t ask don’t tell policy also, if two dudes were getting it on during a deployment. Code of Conduct #1 is in effect at all times, not just during deployment.
