What does vibrational energy have to do with ghosts?
Earthbound spirits (ghosts) run at a certain vibration. We are all energy, whether we are here in body or not. Lower vibrations feel heavy and can weigh you down. This is not only confined to spirits; plenty of people in bodies are very low vibration. You can tell by how you feel around them. If you feel weighed down in their presence, they are low vibration. High vibration on the other hand is light and airy. You feel bliss in the presence of someone who is high vibration. They “lift you up”. This is how you can tell the difference between earthbound spirits and those who have crossed over.
