What does USCRA membership mean?
USCRA: It means that as a member you want to have a stake in the development of the college game. It means that as a member you are supportive of a movement through which college rugby operates itself independently in partnership with USA Rugby. It means as a member you join with other coaches in the pursuit of a better college rugby experience for players, coaches and communities.
