What does unknown@bugzilla.gnome.org mean, and does bugmail still get sent?

If a reporter is unknown@bugzilla.gnome.org, it means that the reporter did not have a bugzilla account at the time he submitted the bug. It’s really a misnomer, though: bugzilla does know the e-mail address supplied by the reporter and, if the address is valid, he will get e-mail just like anybody else.
