Unit Precision is found in Settings>Units. Precision is how many decimal places any displayed coordinates round up to. If you have the Units set to Inches and the precision is set to zero, then the displayed size of a .250 hole will be 0. Set Unit Precision appropriately for the units you have selected. Recommended Precision for Inches is Precision 4, for Millimeters is Precision 3 and for Mils is Precision 1.
