What does UConns Medical School look for in applicants?

You don’t say what level you are currently studying at. To apply for med school you’re going to need at least a 3.5GPA in a Bachelor’s program in any major [as long as you take all the pre-req science/math/English courses], score well on the MCATs, have great recommendations from profs who know you well and, ideally, paid or volunteer work “in the field”. Med school is going to cost a lot, no matter where you go and there is virtually no financial aid. Students take on heavy debt to pay for med school. There is a book, “Medical School Admission Requirements”, which I found at my small local library [so it should be in your college library] that gives all the details. Good luck!
