What does toll-free minutes included (domestic) mean in the monthly plans description?
Each subscription plan includes a varying amount of U.S. toll-free minutes assigned to the host. Take the HiDef Conferencing 10 plan, for example: You will be able to use up to 500 minutes of toll-free calling through the assigned toll-free number. Also, you may choose to give this toll-free number to any of your conference participants to use free of charge. But keep in mind that once the total toll-free time used for your conference room has gone over your plan’s allotment (in this case, over 500 minutes), there will be an additional charge for each minute used per caller. For HiDef Conferencing 10, the charge for additional minutes is $.07 per minute per caller to the host.Each plan has a different charge, so make sure to review each plan’s additional charge-per-minute if you plan on using the toll-free minutes on a frequent basis.
