The server that you are mailing to (the one hosting the account you’re trying to reach) is trying to tell you that either the e-mail doesn’t exist, or it is one of the many servers out there that block Yahoo! or Hotmail accounts as spam (and there are many of these – so the people saying that you or your account are on a Blacklist are possibly partly correct). Alternatively, one of the links that your e-mail is being sent through is refusing the e-mail for one of several reasons. (i.e.: the next link is down, and there are no alternate routes). Finally, as somone pointed out, there was an error in the ID and Yahoo!’s server has refused to pass it along. Good Luck! PS: Or, you ARE a spammer, or someone has hijacked your ID.

Mailer-DAEMON is the name of the software process which does all the work for your E-mail program. You are getting this message most probably because you are sending a mail to an E-mail address which does not exist or is no longer being used. Confirm the senders E-mail address. You will not get this error message if the mail address you are using is correct.

Software in a mail server that delivers messages to recipients. When you get a MAILER-DAEMON@whatevercompany.com message in your inbox, the server at that company is informing you that it is returning your message because of some failure. The “to” e-mail address may no longer be valid, or there may be a problem routing the message to the appropriate mail server. Your domain name may be on a blacklist, and the server is refusing all incoming messages from it.
