You will keep your BT Digital Vault account (with all the data you have already uploaded, including data you might have uploaded using Auto Backup). However, as you lose the ability to use Auto Backup, you will have to continue by manually uploading files. BT Total Broadband Option 1 and 2 customers who wish to continue using Auto Backup after the six month free offer period can upgrade to BT Digital Vault Plus, which includes 50GB of storage, Auto Backup and costs £4.99 a month. To upgrade now, login to your Digital Vault account select My Account and then Change Product. Another option is to upgrade to BT Total Broadband Option 3 which means you’ll maintain your storage amount of 5GB and get Auto Backup back again. Note that six month period is worked out from the date of your first registration to BT Digital Vault.
