What does this mean “3x continuous shift pattern”?

are you sure you have not misread it, it looks like what time your shifts are which are 6am to 2pm 2pm to 10pm 10am to 6pm basically you will work these three shifts, so on Monday and Tuesday week 1 you work from 6am until 2pm, then on Wednesday you start work at 2pm and finish at 10pm. Those shifts are the three shifts which rotate week by week, so by Friday in week 4 you get 10 days off, but week 1 you work 7 days without a rest day. It does not look a bad shift pattern, as when i used to work we used to work one week earlies, one week mids and one week lates.
