What does the Workforce Planning CoP aim to achieve?
The objective of The West Midlands Workforce Planning Community of Practice is to: – Promote the effective use of workforce planning and to enhance knowledge and experience of workforce planning within the West Midlands. It will achieve this by providing a forum to discuss the many issues around the subject and to share learning, progress and best practice. – Advertise events/meetings taking place around Workforce Planning e.g. IDeA consultancy work – Area to post outcomes from Workforce Planning training events and other relevant documents – Generally to promote the concept of Workforce Planning and provide a network where individuals can create a professional community of inquiry.
