What does the Windows Live Toolbar do?
Search – The toolbar allows you to start a new search from any page you are visiting. You won’t have to type in a search page URL or open your bookmarks. Just press the magnifying glass icon, then type in your search, and get your search results. Live Search Maps – Click the map icon and you can find the nearest stores, restaurants, pharmacies, or whatever you want to find. Live search maps will even provide driving directions to any location. You can even check the weather at the same time. All with the click of a button. Instant Info – Use your mouse to highlight a word or telephone number on a web page and the toolbar will automatically seek out more information. The toolbar then provides you a preview of the additional information that you can click and learn more. Shortcuts – A shortcut on your toolbar is like a bookmark for a website, but even easier to get to.
