,the west wind symbolizes the rejuvenating force of the universe ,at the same time it is the emblem of the eternal dichotomy of creation & destruction that is innate in the continuity of existence.It is the omnipresent force that acts as a “destroyer” to do away the contamination while preserving the dormant potentiality to usher in a rejuvenating future for the whole world-both elemental and human.
