What does the warranty cover?
InterCure’s standard warranty includes repair or replacement of any new RESPeRATE device within 1 year of the original retail purchase if it is found to be defective in materials or workmanship. The customer is responsible for all shipping and handling costs. With the RESPeRATE Cares 3-Year Extended Warranty program, FREE repairs and replacements are covered for an additional 2 years (for a total of 3 years). In addition, all shipping and handling charges are on us.
The warranties will differ somewhat for each film manufacturer. Most window films Sun Pro uses have a lifetime residential warranty, and 10-12 year warranty for commercial properties. Film warranties cover virtually anything that has happened to films in the past such as but not limited to peeling, bubbling, delaminating, etc. These are factory-backed warranties, so if Sun Pro ever leaves (were not planning to go away!), but if we do, you will have the warranty paperwork to contact the manufacturer directly. Our films also carry a glass breakage and seal failure warranty comparable to most window manufactures existing warranties.
