What does the waiting-time waiver cover?
Transfer Intelligence offer an optional waiting-time waiver fee for delayed flights only. This one-off waiver fee covers any extra waiting-time charges caused by delayed flight for up to a maximum of 5 hours. Please note that this is for one designated flight only and does not cover multiple flights. If your group is arriving on more than one flight the waiting-time waiver will automatically cover the last flight landing, unless otherwise requested at the time of booking. Please note that this only covers delayed flights into the same scheduled airport, and at the same scheduled flight arrival time.
