The Lifetime Replacement Warranty covers all costs to replace any Video Professor CD-ROM lesson you ordered that becomes scratched or damaged through normal use. In order to register for the replacement warranty, fill out the Product Registration from your CD lesson. An e-mail will be sent to the address you provided with details on how to obtain your replacement CD-ROM(s). The Video Professor Lifetime Replacement Warranty does not cover other software or electronics you may have received in addition to the CD-ROM lessons.
