What does the Vestry do after the Rector Search Committee makes a recommendation?
The Vestry (after thanking the Search Committee for all their hard work) will go home and prayerfully process all of the information they’ve been given. At tomorrow’s meeting, the Vestry will vote on whether or not to accept the Search Committee’s recommendation. (White smoke will not be seen coming out of the building).
