What does the “UNI EN ISO 9001:2000” quality system mean?
ISO 9000 is a group of standards that have been broadly recognised (especially in the voluntary sector) as a guarantee of quality in businesses. The most used are the ISO 9000 which establish the model to be followed for ensuring quality in the areas of design, development, production, installation and back up. Bolton Alimentari is certified according to UNI EN ISO 9001:2000 standards, which it obtained in 2003 from the DNV certifying body. This certifies that all the main company processes, including sales (contract review), development, design, production, provision of services, storage and distribution logistics are carried out in supervised and reproducible conditions, thus guaranteeing the constancy of the quality of a product and/or service over time.
