What does the TrialByHire.com service cost?
There are two types of charges for our service: • There is a one time, $199 Processing Fee per Job Applicant you wish to “try out.” [This fee covers our legal and administrative costs to generate employment documents and an employment contract for your Job Applicant. It also covers the cost of a criminal background check, Social Security Number (SSN) verification, and address history check for the Applicant. There are no other Processing Fees unless you order additional background checks on the Applicant (pricing listed below). We will invoice you the $199 when you instruct us to hire your Job Applicant as our Contract Employee.] • We charge a small Hourly Service Fee for each hour your Job Applicant works as our Contract Employee. This small, hourly fee is based on an in-house proprietary formula that calculates the risk we are taking, and it has already been included in the hourly rates that are displayed to you in the Hourly Employment Calculator.
