What does the tracer gun do for the Specialist Kit?

If you tag a vehicle with the tracer, anyone playing the Demolitions Kit will hear something to the effect of “signal transmitting”. The vehicle will now show up on the minimap with a square around it (red if an enemy is inside it, white if it’s unoccupied). Anyone playing Demo can zoom in on the vehicle and fire an RPG that will home in on the vehicle.
