What does the Testing and Debugging phase include?

0

This last phase includes all the quality assurance tasks that must be preformed to ensure that the application is functionally equivalent to the original application. All the tasks in this phase are calculated as percentages of the total effort in the Application Conversion phase. These tasks are: test case creation (to be used for quality assurance and to verify functional equivalence), test case execution, run-time error correction (bug fixes, workarounds, etc.) and administrative tasks (bug management, test case management, regression testing, etc.).
