What Does The Term “All Natural” Mean?

0

The term “All Natural” is a USDA regulated term. It means our meat has no additives, no preservatives and is minimally processed. Inappropriate use of this term is punishable under federal law. If it says “All Natural” on our label, then it must be approved in Washington as such. All of our non-marinated beef cuts qualify for this USDA designation, and we are currently in the midst of changing our package labels to reflect such statements. All natural cuts are used for Horizon’s marinated items.
