WHAT DOES THE TENANT PAY FOR?
A. In addition to the rent the Tenant is expected to take on the responsibility of the Council Tax, gas electricity, telephone charges and water. Please note that water may be paid by you where it is include in the maintenance or due to other exceptional circumstances. As part of the Full Management Service, Maltings will arrange and notify the service providers of your tenants details and meter readings (except for the telephone, which is the responsibility of both you and the tenant).
