What does the Tanzanian Red Clawed Scorpion look like?

0

The Tanzanian Red Clawed Scorpion has a typical scorpion appearance, similar to that of the Emperor Scorpion. They have a black body, the claws can be a strong red colouration or just have a tint of red depending on the area they have been collected. Some may also show a slight red tinge on their backs. They are generally smaller than Emperor Scorpions, reaching a size around 9-12.5cm (3.5-5 inch). Tanzanian Red Clawed Scorpions do make an ideal beginner species, however, be aware that they have a tendency to sting on a regular basis compared to Emperors.
