What does the Status column mean on the Submission History page?
The status column indicates the current processing status of your submission. It can contain the following values: • Verified (test submissions) – your test submission was received and your data passed our format verification process. No updates have been made to your account. • Processing (real files) – your submission was received and is being processed. When the file is processed, it will either be Accepted or Rejected (see definitions above). You will receive email notification of the result. • Accepted (real files) – your submission was received and processed by Withholding Express. • Rejected (real files and ACH debit request payments) – your submission was received but there were errors during processing. No updates have been made to your account. • Submitted (ACH debit request payments) – your submission was received and the data meets our format verification requirements. Note: If you are making ACH Debit Request payment(s), there are two stages where the payment can be reject
