What does the SNP Cutter do?
Back to the FAQ • Batch and individual SNP(s) can be processed. • The SNP Cutter can prepare SNP sequences by using the SNPSequer to fetch SNP flanking sequences. • The SNP Cutter searches for the restriction enzymes that recognize one of the allelic sequence for genotyping the determined SNP. • The SNP Cutter designs primers, including mismatched primers. • The SNP Cutter calculates fragment sizes of digested allelic fragments and signature fragments. • The output files are friendly to database archives.
