What does the Sleep Deprivation CD sound like?
A. The main Sleep Deprivation CD track contains the relaxing tones designed to influence your brainwaves and help you fall to sleep. These tones continuously resonate and “vibrate”, getting slower as the recording progresses. There’s also soothing music played on top of the tones, to relax you further. You can play the CD at any volume. Even at minimum volume, the binaural beats are generated in exactly the same way… meaning you still fall to sleep quickly, not matter how quietly you play the CD.
