What does the Service Net Plan cover, and are there any hidden costs?
· The Service Plans provide parts and labor coverage from the date of purchase. This coverage includes and may overlap with the original manufacturer’s warranty. On covered problems, customers will not have to pay trip charges (for in-home calls), deductibles, parts costs or any other charges normally associated with repairs. · The Replacement Plan contract covers one replacement for a failed product after the manufacturer’s labor warranty expires (no later than one year from the date of purchase), and will pay to ship the new product to the customer.
