What does the search by map button do?
Search by map allows the user to do a bull’s eye search by pinpointing a location and searching for listings in a radius around the location. In a listing search or a CMA, click the search by map button. A map will appear. Scroll down and enter the address of the origin of your search. Click Find. Then enter a radius for your search and click OK. The count table will display the number of listings that have matched the GEOCODES (longitudes and latitudes) of the geographic area you defined. Continue to add criteria as needed.
