Prices are as follows: “Basic Package” $395.00 – Includes 20 complete sessions, job placement assistance, and real estate industry seminars (given every Wednesday afternoon by New York City Sales Brokers). “Premium Package” $445.00 – Includes 20 complete sessions, unlimited tutoring by our instructors, a New York Real Estate Sales review crammer (valued at $25.00), and $25.00 off your first continuing education course. “Professional Package” $540.00 – Includes 20 complete sessions, and your first continuing education course FREE! We also give a 25% discount on all future 7.5 hour continuing education courses given at NYREI. A 10% discount is also applied to any courses such as broker, property management, appraisal and mortgage broker.
