What does the registry offer Housing Providers?
The registry helps housing providers manage applicant lists by maintaining a current database of applicants. It also eliminates duplication among housing providers who receive and process applications from many of the same individuals and households. Members can access information about applicants in two ways: 1. Online through Internet, or 2. By fax or mail from The Housing Registry. Members continue to handle responsibility for tenant or member selection at your developments. The Housing Registry members contact the applicants they are considering for a unit, and follow through on their own tenant or member selection procedures.
