The Refresh Rate controls the length of time it takes before the contents of the Message Frame is automatically refreshed. For example, if you set your Refresh Rate to 15 seconds, the Message Frame will be updated with any new messages every 15 seconds. If you set your Refresh Rate to “Never”, the Message Frame will never automatically be updated. Note that the Message Frame will always be updated when you post a new message regardless of your Refresh Rate.
