Sale Pending indicates the Asset Manager has accepted a bid, but has not yet moved the home to Preliminary Acceptance. Once the home moves to Preliminary Acceptance, you wont find it in the active listings area and will not be able to put in a bid (or modify or withdraw a bid you just put in on the home).
