The recertification fee includes all the costs associated with recertifying the evacuation slide. These costs include receiving inspection, unpacking, air retentions tests, relief valve test, hydro test of the reservoir cylinder, hydro test of the hoses, bench test of the aspirators, minimal patchwork, overhaul of the reservoir valves, packing, and the issuance of an accurate 8130/work order documentation. CAG would charge additional costs for parts and services outside the scope of the standard recertification (above).
