What does the raise hand feature do?
When a caller has something to say, he/she can click a button that tells you a hand has been raised. This feature is optional and can be turned off, but using it can make a huge difference in your ability to manage a Conversation. If caller is using the raise hand feature, you can Mute All callers (except for the hand raiser) to let that person alone do the talking. When that person is done, simply un-mute everyone, or adjust the mute options to let someone else talk.
