The ground is prepared for next years planting. Seeds are purchased. Merchandise is ordered for the shops. New recipes are tried in the Kitchen. Planning and marketing is started. New attractions are considered. In the spring, we do have educational tours of Mining/Rocks and New life/Plant life, by reservation.
