What does the QA in BeautyQA™ stand for?
– QA in BeautyQA™ is commonly expected to stand for “Questions and Answers”. However, for BeautyQA™, QA takes a new and different meaning: Quality Assurance. Quality Assurance in any company is typically an inspection and improvement-seeking process to ensure that products meet or exceed customer expectations. Similarly at BeautyQA™, we have a system of collecting and combining as many product reviews, ratings, surveys, and top selling information as possible from many reliable sources, identifying what the majority of people expect from products, and then letting the whole world know what the best products are. We believe this system can get companies to make more of what we the customers want (high quality, low prices) and less of what we don’t want (poor quality, high prices). Finally, with more and more people joining the BeautyQA™ family, we believe companies will be more inclined to WOW us with even more innovative and quality products in the future.
