What does the posting error “Catalog Item could not be accurately mapped. Please map the item to one of the available options and post the item again” mean?
Catalog item could not be mapped says that you’ve configured your posting template to do the pre-fill lookup for catalog items at posting time. When ChannelAdvisor went to submit the item, we were unable to find an exact match for your data, and the rules that you have configured (Marketplaces > eBay > Product Mapping > eBay Catalog Mapping > SKU Mapping Settings) say to “Display a Posting Error when an exact one-to-one match cannot be made.” This allows you to address or change the information that’s used for the item before any listing goes live at eBay and you’re charged for it.
