What does the Planning Act say about how the collected funds can be spent?
The application of Cash-in-lieu of Parking, including what uses it will apply to, the geographic area of applicability, and details regarding costs and payments, including the circumstances in which the monies in the fund can be used, are not regulated by the Planning Act, but are determined by the municipality through an implementing by-law.
