Our CMO (Cetylated Fatty Acid Complex) is a proprietary blend of esterified fatty acids. The percentage indicates the total esterified fatty acid carbons (EFAC), which represents not only cetyl myristoleate, but also other esterfied fatty acids carbons such as cetyl myristate, cetyl palmitoleate, etc. All of these different fatty acid carbons are beneficial as a lubricant for joint care.
