A junk vehicle is vehicle that is inoperative (ie. won’t start and move under its own power) and does not have either current registration or safety inspection, OR a vehicle that is wrecked, dismantled, partially dismantled or discarded, OR a vehicle that remains inoperable for a continuous period of more than 45 days.
