The cost relates to the size of your plant and the equipment in your plant. If you fill out the Building Assessment Form, we will be happy to provide a cost estimate. However, we have found that our payback has been between 12 to 36 months, providing a 30% to 60% (Return On Investment) ROI, cash on cash. Additionally, Carbon Credits are available. In the U.S., Federal Tax Credits are available as well as utility rebates and incentives for implementing Optimum Energy’s OptimumHVAC.
